Admission Process:

Admission Criteria: Admission is granted based on merit, seat availability, and sibling references. Suitable candidates are issued admission forms.

Admission Test:

1. Playgroup and Kindergarten:

   Assessments in playgroup and kindergarten focus on the child's reading level, vocabulary, understanding of colors and numbers, confidence, spoken English proficiency, and motor skills.

2. Class I Onwards:

   For classes from I onwards, students are assessed in three subjects - English, Urdu, and Mathematics. The pass percentage required is 50%, and students are given 30 minutes to complete the test.

Test Materials: Students should come prepared for the written test with essential tools, including a pencil, eraser, sharpener, and ruler.

Non-Syllabus Based: The test papers are not based on specific textbooks or syllabi but are designed to assess the child's aptitude in fundamental subjects.

Confidentiality: Test papers are not shared with anyone, and only the marks are communicated to parents or guardians.

Cheating Policy: Any candidate found cheating during the admission test will be rejected.

Result Announcement: The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the concerned branch on the designated date or sent to the registered email address or phone number.

Fee Confirmation: Upon approval by the principal, a necessary fee challan is issued. Admission is confirmed upon the payment of fees and the completion of necessary steps.

Admission Requirements:

Parents are requested to fill out the admission form and pay the registration fees. Upon registration, they will receive:

Relevant fee structure slip

Appointment card with the date and time for the test

Registration receipt

Admission and fee payment information

Document Submission:

The admission form should be submitted along with the following documents:

2 recent passport-size photographs

Attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate

In case of a transfer:

Report card from the last school

Photocopy of the Provisional Certificate and Character Certificate from the last institution attended

Test and Interview: A test and interview, involving both parents, will be scheduled.

Result Communication: The results will be finalized within a week of the test and shared with parents through their registered contact information.

Fee Payment: Parents will receive an admission fee challan/bill along with payment guidelines.
