Revised Admission Policy for Azm e Nau Islamic & Modern Sciences Education System:
Equal Opportunity for All: Azm e Nau School believes in providing equal educational opportunities to all students, regardless of their gender, race, religion, or social background.
Age Criteria: For admission to Playgroup, a child should be at least 3 years old, and for subsequent classes, the age criteria will be as per the guidelines set by the education board.
Admission Process: Parents or guardians interested in enrolling their children at Azm e Nau School can obtain an admission form from the school office or download it from the school's website. Alternatively, they may apply online through the school's website.
Admission Test/Interview: Depending on the grade level, students may be required to appear for an admission test or interview. These assessments aim to gauge the student's academic readiness and ensure they are placed in the most appropriate class.
Priority for Siblings: Preference is given to siblings of existing students. In addition, we offer a fee concession to the 2nd and 3rd children from the same family to promote a sense of community within the school.
Admission Fee: An admission fee, as determined by the school, is applicable at the time of admission. This fee is non-refundable.
Documents Required: Parents or guardians must submit the following documents along with the admission application:
Birth certificate
Copy of the student's CNIC or B-Form
Four recent passport-size photographs
Previous school report card (for higher classes)
Fee Structure: Detailed information regarding tuition fees, school charges, and any additional costs will be provided to parents upon request.
Scholarships and Financial Aid: Azm e Nau School is committed to offering financial aid to deserving students, including a 50% discount for orphan students and special fee concessions for economically disadvantaged students. Parents in need of financial assistance are encouraged to apply for scholarships or aid by providing proof of their financial situation.
Acceptance Notification: Once the admissions committee has evaluated the applications, parents will be informed about the admission status of their child. If the student is accepted, a formal acceptance letter will be provided, along with details about the academic calendar and other relevant information.
Parent-School Agreement: Parents or guardians must sign a parent-school agreement outlining their commitment to supporting the school's policies, programs, and expectations for student conduct.
Disciplinary and Academic Standards: Students and parents are expected to adhere to the school's code of conduct, academic standards, and policies as outlined in the school handbook.
Withdrawal Policy: Parents who wish to withdraw their child from the school must notify the school administration in writing. Only the security fee will be refunded if it was received. No other charges will be refunded.
Annual Re-enrollment: Students are required to complete the annual re-enrollment process to secure their place for the next academic year.
